Custom plastic injection molding
Bringing products to life, one validated process at a time
We have open press time and we are taking on new work. Scientific molding, presses to 385 tons, and over 100 years of combined molding experience on the floor. Whether you have an idea, a mold, or a job you no longer want to run, we can help you turn it into parts.

Who we help
Three ways to work with us
Launch a new product
You have an idea, a design or a prototype. We help you get from concept to production parts: design-for-molding review, mold build coordination, process development and first-article sampling.
New product launch →Move an existing mold
Your current molder is late, closing, or not holding the part. We take over existing programs, qualify the mold on our press and document the process so it runs the same every shot.
Mold transfers →Run it for another molder
Out of press time, or have a job you would rather not run? We run overflow and outsourced work for other molders so they can keep their customers served.
For molders →How we mold
Scientific molding, not trial and error
Every process we develop is built around what the plastic experiences inside the cavity, not just what the machine is set to. We run two RJG eDART® systems with in-mold sensors, and our processes are developed and documented by an RJG-certified Master Molder®. That is how parts stay the same from shot to shot, lot to lot and press to press.
| What we do | What it means for your part |
|---|---|
| Cavity-pressure process control | The process holds to what the plastic sees, so parts stay consistent as material viscosity drifts between lots |
| Process monitoring and containment | Suspect parts are caught and contained at the press, not discovered at your dock |
| Documented process windows | Your process is written down in machine-independent terms, not held in one technician's head |
| Mold and machine qualification | Molds are qualified to the press rather than guessed at |
Industries
Experience across the industries that depend on repeatable parts
Automotive
Interior and under-hood components where fit, finish and consistency matter.
Aviation
Components where documentation and repeatability are part of the specification.
HVAC
Housings, grilles, covers and components built to hold up in service.
Medical
Our team's experience includes medical components. Tell us your quality-system requirements up front.
Consumer products
From beverage closures to appliance housings. We mold consumer products for our own brands every day.
Proof on our own floor
We mold for our own brands, too
Our presses run components for the InterVac family of vacuum products, and those products are UL Listed with UL on site monthly for follow-up inspection. The same people, presses and process discipline are what we are offering you.
Questions
Common questions
What size presses do you run?
Our presses run up to 385 tons of clamp force. Send us your part and mold dimensions and we will confirm which press fits before we quote.
Do you take small or awkward-volume programs?
Yes. We are not chasing million-piece contracts only. Short and medium runs, bridge production and programs that are too small for a large molder are a good fit for us.
Can you run a mold we already own?
Yes. Mold transfers are a core part of what we do. Send the mold specifications and any process sheet you have and we will tell you honestly whether it runs on our equipment.
I am another molder. Can you run overflow work for me?
Yes. We run jobs for molders who are out of press time or who would rather not run a particular part. Your customer relationship stays yours.
Do you sell products on this site?
No. This site exists to quote custom molding work. Our own product brands are sold on their own websites.
How do I get a quote?
Use the request-a-quote form or email amartz@intervacdesign.com with a print or STEP file, the material, your annual volume, whether tooling exists and your timeline.
Next step
Send us a print
A drawing or STEP file is ideal. A photo and a description is enough to start. You talk to the person who will run the process.
